We are strongly rooted in the industry community and are dedicated to improving Winnipeg’s downtown district.

Launching in 2024, Dunsire Konitz Real Estate Services Inc. has a passionate and hands-on approach. We focus on customer service and understanding the unique needs at each property, unleashing the full potential of each asset. As a company, we believe in maintaining close lines of communication with clients in a transparent manner to facilitate the development and growth of their business. This aligns the manager and client’s vision for the asset to achieve their objectives. We excel in building strong professional relationships with our clients, tenants, an operation personnel.

CRAIG DUNSIRE
PRINCIPAL, REAL ESTATE SERVICES
Craig has 20 years of experience in property management, leading high performing teams with a focus on customer service while repositioning assets to align with client objectives. He has a background in third party and institutional property management, with experience in office, retail, industrial, and residential properties. Craig’s experience as a collaborator, advisor, and team leader as well as his meticulous attention to detail make him a strong advocate for your business.
Craig is actively involved with BOMA, serving as BOMA Manitoba board past chair and member of several committees, he is also a director of the BOMA Canada board.
DAVID KONITZ
PRINCIPAL, REAL ESTATE SERVICES, MANAGING BROKER
David has been involved in real estate & property management for over 20 years. After starting in residential real estate sales, he transitioned into property management and has experience in office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as managing a large team of professionals.
David is a CPM candidate and a third level CMA. He enjoys dedicating time towards various community outreach programs and fundraising for the Kidney Foundation of Manitoba.
DAVID MARCOUX
DIRECTOR, FINANCE
David is a Certified Professional Accountant with 17 years of experience leading teams of various sizes to provide accurate and timely financial results. He has worked in the real estate and property management industry for nine years; most of that time was spent with a large diversified real estate investment trust.
